Code of Ethics

This Code of Ethics is binding on all StoneQC employees in the areas of their daily business activities. All employees, managers and executives are responsible for marking compliance a vital part of our business process and future success and are expected to comply with the Code. We ensure that the above mentioned principles are implemented through our internal Quality System processes, procedures and audits.

 

Supported by rich knowledge and experience in the field of stone, we are dedicated to helping our customers meet the Quality, Safety and Ethical Standards of their locations in the world to support their successes in the global marketplace, minimizing the transaction risks for our customers, and protecting their interests while performing quality control inspections.

StoneQC promotes a corporate culture based on the following principles:
Integrity
  • All StoneQC employees shall be carried out honestly, in a professional, independent and impartial manner, with no influence tolerated in respect to any deviation from either our own approved methods and procedures or the reporting of accurate results.
  • Our reports and certificates shall correctly present the actual findings, professional opinions or results obtained.
  • Inspection results and other material facts shall be reported in good faith and will not be improperly changed.
Conflicts of interest
  • We shall avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of conflicts of interest in our business transactions and services by taking into account specific requirements and by applying dedicated internal procedures. It is essential that we remain free of, or disclose, commitments and relationships that involve, or could involve, a conflict of interest.
Confidentiality
  • All information received in the course of the provision of our services shall be treated as business confidential to the extent that such information is not already published, generally available to third parties.
  • All employees are personally committed by the signature of a confidentiality agreement, which including not to disclose any confidential information regarding one client to another client, and not to try to make a personal profit from any information obtained in the course of your employment contract within StoneQC, and don't allow or facilitate the entry of unauthorized persons to your premises.
Anti-bribery
  • We apply relevant local and international anti-bribery laws in all jurisdictions within which we are established.
  • No StoneQC employee is allowed to accept any gift or favor, for personal or family gain, from any of the company's customers or suppliers. Failure to comply with this principle will result in immediate dismissal of the employee.
  • No StoneQC employee shall directly or through intermediaries, acquire an interest in a supplier, customer or competitor of StoneQC.
Fair Marketing
  • Our marketing shall be conducted in a truthful and non-deceptive manner, that will not mislead or be likely to mislead and that is consistent with applicable laws.
  • We shall present our company in a fair and reasonable manner and ensure that presentational information is accurate unambiguous.
