Standard Services:
Appearance Inspection
Material Appearance Inspection: Color, Texture, Spots, Colorful Lines etc.
Surface Finishing Inspection: Polished, Honed, Flamed, Bush Hammered, Tumbled, Natural Cleft, Bevel Edge etc.
Other Defects Checking: Scratches, Cracks, Broken Edges, Chip Edges etc.
Size and Specification Inspection
It includes the checking of the length, width, and thickness within the approval tolerance; the diagonal length, angle control etc.
Cargo Packing Condition Inspection
As stone product is heavy cargo and easy to be damaged during the transportation, so the packing condition is really important. Cargo packing condition inspection includes the checking of packing material, packing quality, packing mark, strength of the packing crate etc.
Inspection Report with Photographic Records
Photographic records will be made during the inspection, which include the inspection status and the defects of the products. All of above inspection results will be involved in the inspection report and sent to the client by our customer service.
Additional Services:
Loading Supervision
When loading, our inspectors arrive at factories, warehouses or loading places to check product information, quantity and packaging; supervise the whole loading process and help the manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working processes. Make sure no broken crates are packed in container and the cargo can be easily moved out by the forklift.
Factory Audit
One of the most important things for successful sourcing is to select the right supplier. A qualified supplier should fully understand your quality specifications, and has adequate production capability, working conditions, management and quality control process.
However, manufacturers and buyers need reassurance and advice on the capabilities of their current production facilities. StoneQC will designate local auditors to undertake this evaluation.
Our factory audit includes the evaluation of manufacturer's identification & background, number of employees, working condition, production capability, technical capability, facilities & equipment, manufacturing process & production lines, quality control system, management system & capability etc.
Inspection During Production
Inspection during production is to be conducted when approximately 40% to 50% of total order quantity is produced. Our inspector will check on the quality of semi-finished and finished products against client specifications and/or reference samples. We mainly check the following aspects:
1. Check the production status during the manufacturing process
2. Check the semi-finished and finished products at random
3. Evaluate the packing methods and packing material for finished products
4. Give practical and effective recommendation to improve quality
5. Evaluate the production status and forecast if the shipment is in accordance with the schedule
